At BzzzzKill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products and requesting refunds.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging
- Products must include all accessories and documentation
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before sending any return
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact our customer service team at service@bzzzzkill.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
- Package the item securely with all original components and include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization confirmation
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company's policies
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model:
- Return the original product following the return procedure above
- Place a new order for the desired product using the discount code provided by our customer service team
- Note your return and new order information in communications with our customer service team
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe you have received a defective product:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt
- Provide a description of the defect and, if possible, photos or video demonstrating the issue
- Our team will determine if the product is defective and guide you through the return or replacement process
- Return shipping for confirmed defective products will be covered by BzzzzKill
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with missing parts or damaged due to customer misuse
- Products altered or modified by the customer
- Items with removed or damaged serial numbers or identification labels
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty claims are separate from our return policy. Please refer to our Warranty Information page for details on product warranty coverage and claims procedures.
