Customs & Import Duties

When ordering from BzzzzKill for delivery outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. BzzzzKill has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International Delivery Times

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the efficiency of your country's customs and postal service. BzzzzKill is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or international shipping carriers.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information
• BzzzzKill is not responsible for packages sent to addresses provided by the customer that are incorrect or incomplete
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
