TRACKING INFORMATION
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. International carriers may not provide tracking service.
- You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs & Import Duties
When ordering from BzzzzKill for delivery outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. BzzzzKill has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International Delivery Times
Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the efficiency of your country's customs and postal service. BzzzzKill is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or international shipping carriers.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information
- BzzzzKill is not responsible for packages sent to addresses provided by the customer that are incorrect or incomplete
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@bzzzzkill.com
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel or modify it
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your tracking information indicates the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be initiated by the customer within the timeframes specified above
