The BzzzzKill Custom Series Stratocaster Single is designed for Strat-style guitars with traditional single-coil SSS pickups that buzz in all five selector positions. These guitars do not have a reverse-wound middle pickup and therefore have no built-in hum-cancelling positions.
In these cases, the Single Layer BzzzzKill virtually eliminates persistent 60-cycle hum (50 Hz in UK/EU) without altering your guitar’s authentic tone, feel, or dynamic response.
